Support and appeals

DevD2 is an independent fan project operated in the United Kingdom.
Contact the DevD2 team
Community support, bug reports and moderation appeals are handled through the DevD2 Discord. Contact staff privately for account-specific problems, reports about another player or an appeal.
Do not post passwords, sign-in links, API keys, launcher approval codes or somebody else’s personal information. Staff do not need your password to review a report.
Account and gameplay support
For an account problem, provide your realm account name, the action you were trying to complete and the exact error message. Keep credentials out of screenshots.
For a gameplay fault, include the difficulty, player count, approximate time and steps that led to it. Crop or redact screenshots and logs before sharing them. For a security issue, send a brief private description first; do not publish exploit instructions, test against other accounts or copy their data.
Appeal a moderation decision
Contact DevD2 staff through Discord and explain that you are requesting an appeal. Include your realm account name, the restriction or decision, its approximate date and a concise explanation of why it should be reviewed. Supply relevant evidence without exposing another person’s private information.
We review the circumstances and available evidence. A review is not a guarantee of reinstatement. We may withhold another person’s information or details that would undermine security when explaining an outcome. Do not evade a restriction or pressure other players or staff while an appeal is being considered.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection requests, contact the controller privately using the route in the privacy notice. We may need proportionate account-ownership checks, but never your password. Privacy rights are separate from a moderation appeal and are not removed by a game or community restriction. No specific form or wording is required for a request received by the operator.
External service
Discord is a separate platform with its own privacy policy. The link above is the invitation supplied by the DevD2 operator. This site links to Discord without embedding its chat widget.
